As a leading provider of parcel delivery services worldwide, DPD offers you a first-class range of services covering all aspects of domestic, European and international parcel delivery, providing you with fast access to all major business regions.

Once we have dispatched your order via DPD we will:

  • Send you an email or text advising within a one hour window what date and time they will deliver your Scan order.
  • If the date and time isn’t convenient you can reply to the email or text requesting a different delivery time.
  • Alternatively you can request your Scan order be delivered to a neighbour.

On the day of delivery, DPD will:

  • Send you another email or text advising the name of the delivery driver so you know who to expect.
  • Send you another email or text advising within a 15 minute window when the named driver will arrive at your home or business.
  • If you couldn’t take delivery yourself and had your Scan order delivered to a neighbour, DPD will email or text you to say when it was delivered.
